早乘动车前往丽江，3.5小时车程，午餐后然后乘车前往丽江名动天下的神山——【玉龙雪山】，亲身走进这被誉为“东方瑞士”的“天然冰川博物馆”，一路游览【甘海子】【白水河】【蓝月谷】（60-90分钟），乘大索道游览苍松掩映的雪山冰川公园（含大索道费及环保车）不含蓝月谷电瓶车60元/人。【丽江古城】自由活动，在世界文化遗产丽江古城中寻味纳西民族的纯朴和文化底蕴 （6-7-8月玉龙雪山山顶没有雪，可以去云杉坪小索道风景更漂亮）
Morning Fast train to Lijiang, Drive to Jade Dragon Snow Mountain and take cable car up to the Mountain. We will arrange the visit to Glacier Park at 4506 meters above sea level and get real close to the Snow Mountain. You can choose to hike on the mountain and get to the top at 4680 meters or just stroll around at Glacier Park and appreciate the holy Mountain peacefully. In the afternoon, Tour Blue Moon Valley(Battery Car RMB60 at your own expense)the rest time free and easy in Lijiang Ancient Town.
Note:Jun Jul Aug No snow on the top mountain, we suggest to go half mountain called Yunshanping Meadow, the landscape more nice.

Our guide will meet you up at the hotel lobby and leave for Shangri-La, the lost horizon Visit Tiger Leaping Gorge en route. Tiger Leaping Gorge is a canyon on the Yangtze River which can be divided in to upper, middle and lower sections, winding 25 km and it is one of the deepest valleys in the world. The narrowest part of the gorge was just 30 m, which is so narrow that a tiger can jump over the gorge, hence the name. We will drop you at upper Tiger Leaping Gorge and you hike down to the viewing deck about half an hour

云南旅游注意事项

1、云南每天早晚温差较大（12~15摄氏度），请注意着装，预防感冒；
2、云南地处云贵高原，室外紫外线照射较强，注意防晒，带好防晒用品；
3、丽江、香格里拉、德钦等地海拔较高，注意休息，以防出现高山反应；
4、在丽江、香格里拉、德钦等地地区自费骑马或骑牦牛拍照时，亦请注意安全，听从主人安排
指导，切勿做出惊吓牲口的行为，以免给自己造成伤害；
5、旅游摄影时，请注意安全，不要到有危险的地区拍摄或攀爬；（丽江古城中的水边、桥边或虎跳峡的悬崖边等地。）
6、在海拔2800米以上地区不要走太快，否则会有缺氧的感觉。不要迷信和依赖氧气，不要过分紧张，多做深呼吸。
7、昆明、大理、丽江属高原型西南季风气候，昼夜温差很大，夜晚气温偏低。
