1. Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests must be done through fax or mail. Phone calls /verbal cancellations are not accepted.
The following cancellation fees will be charged per person accordingly when you cancel your reservation:

Notice:
- No refund of Yangtze cruise booking will be made if the cancellation notice is received less than 30 days prior to departure date of cruise.
- If the cancellation notice is received later than our confirmation letter, there is the cancellation fee for the air / train tickets we issued for you. Thank you for your kindly understanding.

Alteration of Itinerary 

Alterations to your itinerary before the booking are processed with free charges .

Alterations incur extra expenses after payment of the deposit which will be different with different requests.Kunming Amey Travel will show you details for this part like hotel, flight ,train and so on.

2. Documents

All guests must bring valid passport and necessary visas or permits at the commencement of travel. Your travel consulants may assist you  for the necessary travel documentation when you applying visa.  

3. Luggage

China airlines free baggage allowance is 20kg for the economy class, 30kg for the business class. plus limited carry-on luggage.Excess baggage charges should paid by yourself.

Valuable and Fragile Goods: Passengers are strongly advised not to check in such items as baggage. If they are checked in as baggage, passengers agree they send for carriage of such items at their own risk. Such items include money, jewellery, precious metals, silverware, electronic devices, computers, cameras, video equipment, negotiable papers, securities or other valuables, passports and other identification documents, title deeds, artifacts, manuscripts and so on.

Explosives, flammable or non-inflammable gas(such as aerosol paints, butane gas, lighter refills) /refrigerated gas/flammable liquids /flammable solids/ organic peroxides ,poisons, infective substances, radioactive material (such as radium) corrosive materials (such as acid, alkali, mercury, thermometers), magnetic substances, oxidizing materials (such as bleaches), electronic cigarettes, electronic cigarettes , all cant bring when take flight, train, coach.

4. Insurance

Kunming Comfort Travel offer pakcages include Travel Agency’s Responsibility Insurance coverage. To guarantee security for travel in China,KAT will arrange for tourists' travel-accident-insurance, which will be covered in tour package rates. But We still highly recommend that you purchase full coverage travel insurance from you country of origin. These two kind of insurance are not applicable when on Flights or in Hotels 

5.Liability & Responsibility& Contracts

5.1 Kunming Comfort Travel provides tour information and China tour bookings. KAT publishes travel information and services gathered from the selected quality hotels, air ticket agencies and tour companies & operators. But will not be responsible for errors, emissions or inaccuracies in information provided by third party providers.

5.2 Customers are required to send a detailed list to Kunming Comfort Travel with each participant' s full name, sex, date of birth, occupation, nationality, passport number, arrival/departure flight or train number, points and dates of entry and exit, number of rooms required and requests on visits. 

5.3 Customers agrees to making telegraphic remittance of total expenses to Kunming Amey Travel bank-account at least 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival in China.Some can pay deposit, balance can be paid on arrival, Payment Methods depend on the time when you make confirmation.

 5.4 Kunming Comfort Travel is committed to offer services according to the itineraries and package services confirmed by this contract and the appendix to the contract .KAT has the obligation to instruct all its liaison personnel, tour-guide, drivers and other staff to render standard-oriented services to tourists. They are strictly forbidden to extort tipping from tourists.

5.5 Except in situations beyond human control, Kunming Comfort Travel will be held responsible for any additional expenses resulting from the change caused by KAT in itinerary, such as transportation vehicles, accommodation and meals. However, Kunming Comfort Travel will not be held responsible for compensation resulting from change of itinerary under the following situations:

5.5.1. The scheduled date of entry of your tour is changed or any other extra requests after arrival China resulting from change of accommodation, transportation and sightseeing program .

5.5.2. The tour schedule is changed by air/railway or steamship departments due to mechanical failure or bad weather;

5.5.3 The tour schedule, itinerary and length of stay in China are changed due to unforeseen situation beyond human control. Any difference or balance in payment will be collected or refunded accordingly;

5.5.4. Any harm that Happen during tourists visit in China by airplane/train or steamship or during their stay in hotel, restaurant or tourist area.

However,CCT is obligated to help Customers to retrieve the harm in humanitarian spirit.

5.5 Customers reserve the right to lodge complaint to the travel administration of the Chinese government and moreover to request compensation for material loss, as a result of violation by Party A of provisions for quality service. 

 5.7 The conclusion, alteration and abrogation of this contract or retrieval of breach of contract should be in line with the regulations specified in the Contract Law of the People' s Republic of China".

5.8 Both Parties should try to resolve their disputes through friendly consultation. If no solution could be found through consultation, both Parties agree to submit their disputes to China National Tourism Administration for coordinated settlement in accordance with the Law of China.  

5.9This contract will be effective, once signed by both Parties, and valid until the end of your China tour   

Kunming Comfort Travel reserves the right to modify or rescind the terms and conditions in whole, or in part at any time with or without notice.
